Delivery and Returns

We offer free UK standard delivery on all orders.

We aim to ship all UK orders to you within 4-6 working days.

Artichoke aims to dispatch order within 3-5 working days. Delivery within the UK should arrive to customers within 7 working days from the point of dispatch.

All Artichoke shop orders are sent via standard royal mail.

 Please contact us if you have not received your order within 14 days.

We will notify customers if any items you have ordered are not in stock and inform you of any changes to delivery times.

ROW 1/ ROW2 / EU orders.

Orders shipped outside the UK are subject to individual country postal services delivery times. Artichoke Trust is not responsible for any taxes and or duty charges incurred to customers for orders shipped outside the UK.

Order Tracking

We are unable to offer an order tracking service, however if you want details on when you can expect your order please contact customer services on: 0207 650 7611.

Payment

Payment is taken from your card once your order is placed and you have received your email confirmation.

Any refunds will be credited to the same card used at the time of order processing. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or replacement, whichever is requested and depending upon availability.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods and funds will take up to 5-10 working days to show in your account.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If you are unable to return the goods to us within the 14 day period, please notify us of your intention to cancel via email info@processions.co.uk or phone 0207 650 7611 and we will instruct you on how and where to post the order.

Please return your order to us in its original condition within 28 days of receipt and we will be happy to exchange it or give you a refund. Return postage charges are non-refundable unless your order was faulty or incorrect.

Package your return items

Wherever possible, please return the items in their original (or similarly robust) packaging. Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We suggest obtaining a proof of postage from your courier or Post Office.

Faulty or Damaged

In the unlikely event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Services team on 0207 650 7611 or email info@processions.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your order for a different item. Please detail this when you contact us and we will do our best to exchange your order.

Payment
